Years coaching baseball: 14
Jeff is in his first year coaching Firefighters. He previously coached Pepsi for three years. He also serves as President of the league.
While Jeff has no children in the league, he has a passion for the game and the development of youth. One of the greatest rewards he receives is watching players grow over the years and move on the next level of the game. He has coached Team Pepsi at the Major-70 level for the last four years: two years at the Major-60 level and the previous two seasons at the Major-70 level.
Additional roles include the planning and direction of two state tournaments and one regional tournament at the KA complex and serving on the Cooper Larson Foundation committee. He also oversaw many of the recent capital improvement projects at the complex such and the rebuilding of the infields on Field 1 and 2; lowering of the left and right field fence lines and the new main entry gate.
Jeff has three adult children. He works as a Realtor for Everstar Realty in Kennewick.
Tim is in his second year as the Vice President for KAYB. He owns and manages commercial rental property and is a stay-at-home-dad. He has been married to Cindy for 20 years and has two sons. Derek is 13 and is an umpire at KA and plays Babe Ruth basetball and Blake is 11 and will play his second year in Majors. He and his family have been involved in KAYB for nine years in many different roles; parent, coach, and board member. He chaired the Tournament Committee in 2010 and 2011.
Tim loves being at the fields and watching the kids improve year after year. Some of his favorite activities, besides coaching, include emceeing skills competitions (don't put a microphone in his hand), and working in the concession stand - really! You are bound to see or hear him at KAYB this season.
